10 points if you know what this says.

Doe u weet waar Bathoom is. Verliet of juist. Ja geen, tot ziens.
~~~~
Ciao si Scusa, lei parla gli inglesi? Farla sa dove Bathoom è. Sinistro o la destra. Sì, no, arrivederci.
~~~~

Ursäkta mig hallå, du talar engelskan? Gör dig vet där Bathoom är. Lämnade eller rätt. Ja, ingen, adjö.

I have 50 days to learn how to say 'Hello Excuse me, do you speak English? Do you know where Bathoom is. Left or right. Yes, no, goodbye. ' in 5 different languages.

Thank heavens I have been practicing my english accent for a good 16 years so I will blend right in while in London.

p.s. - for all you world travelers out there, what else do I need to know how to say?  I thought about learning numbers (for prices, addresses.. whatever ) But I decided I will just use the universal method.  The good ol' fingers - for 2 - I will hold up 2 fingers, for 7- I will hold up seven fingers!  for 27 - I will flash all ten fingers twice and then 7 more with no pause in between!  Good idea?

  3. instead of flashing ten fingers 9 times and then three fingers with no pause for 93 you could just take a pad and paper and write it!

  6. (hi, this is brad's(a cousin) wife, jaime, hope you don't mind that i was reading your post) a tip whilst in london, don't ask to use the bathroom, ask for the toilet, water closet, or loo. a bathroom is where you go to take a bath(they will for sure know you are american if you ask for a bathroom, no matter how well your accent is) and go ahead and use "cheers" for thank you or an informal goodbye, if someone has just helped you with something. and in italy, "dove il bagno" is what you could use to ask for the bathroom and "ciao" is both hello and goodbye, although you may use "arrivederci", but i'm just trying to help make it a little more simple for you. and don't be surprised if it is literally a hole in the ground(and carry tissues). how long and when are you in italy? we are moving there for 6 months, from july to december.
